Safari and Zanzibar extensions

After your climb, many travelers continue their adventure with a safari in Serengeti National Park or visit the beautiful island of Zanzibar.

A safari allows you to see wildlife such as lions, elephants, and giraffes. Zanzibar offers white sandy beaches and warm ocean water — a perfect way to relax after the mountain.

Climb Mount Meru. 

Some climbers choose to explore Mount Meru. It is smaller than Kilimanjaro but still challenging and very scenic.

Mount Meru is also a great acclimatization climb before attempting Kilimanjaro.

Recovery & Travel Tips 

After descending, your body may feel tired. This is normal. Drink water, eat well, and rest.

Avoid intense physical activity for a few days. Let your body adjust back to normal oxygen levels.

Take time to celebrate your achievement. Climbing Kilimanjaro is something you will remember for the rest of your life.
