Overnight: Shira 2 Camp

Hiking Time: 4–5 hours | Habitat: Alpine Desert
Trek along northern slopes to Moir Hut.
Overnight: Moir Hut

Hiking Time: 4–5 hours | Habitat: Alpine Desert / Moorland
Gentle trek to Buffalo Camp.
Overnight: Buffalo Camp

Hiking Time: 5–6 hours | Habitat: Alpine Desert
Ascend along northern ridge toward Kibo.
Overnight: Third Cave Camp

Hiking Time: 3–4 hours | Habitat: Alpine Desert
Final ascent to Barafu Camp, rest and prepare for summit night.
Overnight: Barafu Camp

Hiking Time: 12–16 hours | Habitat: Arctic → Rainforest

• Midnight summit attempt to Stella Point → Uhuru Peak
• Direct descent to Mweka Camp through Barafu → Karanga → rainforest
• Certificate ceremony at Mweka Camp

Hiking Time: 3–4 hours | Habitat: Rainforest

• Final gentle descent through lush rainforest
• Exit Kilimanjaro at Mweka Gate
• Transfer to Moshi or hotel
